Enhancements

Support Updates

We’re excited to announce some key BinderPOS enhancements we’re making to improve the seller experience! We heard your valuable feedback and as a result we formed a dedicated Seller Experience division, focused on addressing the needs and challenges of our sellers. We are launching the following BinderPOS changes:

  • Increased Customer Support. Over the last several months we have significantly increased the number of BinderPOS support members to provide you with better assistance and quicker responses. Plus, our dedicated team has gone through extensive training to ensure they are well-equipped to assist you as effectively and efficiently as possible.

  • Improved Customer Support & Accessibility.
    • We implemented improvements to the chat bot to ensure you’ll receive quicker and more accurate assistance.
    • Today (10/11), we’re introducing a support option in the BinderPOS portal on desktop that seamlessly integrates the help bot right into the portal, streamlining your support experience. Coming soon, we will also have the same support option in the BinderPOS portal navigation bar on mobile.
    • We revamped the BinderPOS portal to allow quick, seamless access to assistance! You can now access all help files with a single-click in the portal.
  • For more information on these improvements, please see BinderPOS Support Updates

eBay Integration Singles Conditioning Update

  1. New eBay Integration BinderPOS Conditions: We’ve aligned BinderPOS singles conditions for the eBay Integration with the new eBay Trading Card policy guidelines, which also align with the TCGplayer Card Conditioning Standards.

  2. No Action Needed: There is no action required on your end to conform to these new standards for the integration. Your current listings will seamlessly transition to the new guidelines during Q4.

  3. No Damaged Cards: You will not be able to sync Damaged cards to eBay using the BinderPOS eBay integration, as they are not included in eBay’s Conditioning Guidelines.
