New Support Experience: We’ve Transitioned To Zendesk

As of today, August 28, 2024, we’ve moved to a new support platform called Zendesk. This change is part of our ongoing process of improving your support experience and streamlining our internal processes. 

Key Details: 

  • New Support System: All support interactions will now be handled through Zendesk vs. Freshdesk. 
  • Help Center Access: You will find help files on the TCGplayer Help Center. This link is also available in the BinderPOS Portal. 
  • No Action Needed: There is no action required from you. All support tickets are already in the new system.
