BinderPOS Releases Deployed 12/13/23

BinderPOS No Longer Supporting PAX S300

  1. Issue: PAX Technology announced that they are discontinuing production and support of PAX S300. As of January 26, 2023, we will not be able to support this as an integrated payment solution that connects directly to BinderPOS. PAX will continue to issue bug fixes for critical issues until February 1, 2024, and you can use a PAX S300 device at your own discretion.
  2. Resolution: Please reach out to GPSpay at [email protected] to discuss payment gateway replacement options if you want to continue using supported payment technology with BinderPOS for uninterrupted service. For more information on payment options and pricing, review this BinderPOS and GPSpay one-pager. If you have any questions, you can reference our FAQ or reach out to us

Enhancements

eBay Integration Singles Conditioning Update

  1. The Change: For sellers using the BinderPOS eBay Integration, we migrated conditions for all existing listings to the eBay Trading Card policy guidelines. As a reminder, you will not be able to sync Damaged cards to eBay using the BinderPOS eBay integration, as they are not included in eBay’s Conditioning Guidelines. If Damaged cards are included as part of a bulk rule, you will receive a sync error for any Damaged cards.
  2. Why: We’ve aligned BinderPOS singles conditions for the eBay Integration with the new eBay Trading Card policy guidelines, which also align with the TCGplayer Card Conditioning Standards.

Bug Fixes

eBay Integration Bug Resolution

  1. Issue: There was a bug in the eBay integration that caused an issue when a seller listed a product, withdrew it, and subsequently had more stock come in. In some cases, the offer wasn’t being relisted as expected.
  2. Resolution: Resolved the bug causing intermittent failures in relisting offers for sellers who withdrew a product and later restocked it within the eBay integration.
