With the Holidays coming up, we have various members of our team that will be taking time to be with their families, and we wanted to inform all of you that we may have some extended wait times for things like chats, tickets, and certain fixes. We will still have support over the holidays, but we just wanted to make you all aware of these extended wait times that will carry through January 10th.
